Site:   Plot-based selection on hills ideally located south of the village of Chablis.
Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery have produced very pure white wines, well-balanced with fantastic acidity.

Tasting: Pale gold colour. Aromas of citrus fruit and green apple.

Firm pure. Zesty attack to a linear and neatly edged palate. Silky mineral finish, straight and of good length.

Food Pairing: Pâté, lobsters and poultry as well as some goat cheeses.
