Rich Majeur champage, as a variety of Brut Majeur champagne presented in its demi-sec version, with a sugar dosage of 40g/l, remains the same great wine whilst delivering remarkable gentleness.
Limpid gold color, extremely aromatic, it reveals on the palate great complexity of ripen fruit followed by excellent balance and complexity.
Rich Majeur is delightful with foie gras or desserts such as crumble with red berries or figs, fruit-based desserts such as apple, pear or peach tarts and almond paste.
