Site : The climat “Les Suchots” is located on a mid slope in the Northen part of the village of Vosne Romanée in the Côte de Nuits. Its nearest neighbor is the famous “Echezeaux Grand Cru”.
Deep ruby colour. Intense aromas of cherries mixed with coffee and a hint of vanilla. Well-structured and well-balanced. Tight texture. Subtle oak and well-shaped tannic structure. Long and generous finish.
Aged in French oak for 13 months.
It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce and all cheeses, especially the local Burgundy cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux.
